This is a drive-through restaurant serving healthy Asian fusion food. It is a hybrid model between fast casual and quick service restaurants. It emphasizes high quality food and a nice dining environment, while at the same time, it is self-serviced with drive through and pickup options. A butterfly roof separates naturally the dining and kitchen area, while creating a higher façade on the front side to announce main entrance and a prominent presence to main road. The interior design is to bring the diagonal motif of the butterfly roof inside with use of diagonal lines. This motif is applied on walls, floor, lighting, soffit, as well as counter design.
