The main focus of this project revolved around the lighting design for this newly renovated ranch house that included a two-story addition. The client has an extensive art collection that they wished to have displayed throughout the house which required specific lighting. GARC also helped to optimize the interior design by opening up the wall between the dining room and the library, creating an open plan for the entire first floor common area. The lighting design helped further define the spaces and highlighted the design features.

"Suping and Yang helped us with our home renovation in Norfolk. They were outstanding to work with. They are very professional, knowledgeable and creative. They were responsive to our needs and exceeded our expectations in every way. All deadlines were met -- this was very much appreciated as we had a very tight timeline to adhere to and they worked quickly to accommodate our time constraints. We appreciated their approach to architecture which is thoughtful, methodical and sensible. We are very happy with their plans, and they were a pleasure to work with. Will definitely work with them again if the opportunity presents itself."
