The project is to improve curb of appeal of an oceanfront property through exterior and landscape renovation. A contemporary entry stair is created to guide people to the main entry on the side of the property. It also saves space of the front court to maximize parking capacity. A canopy is added above the new garage doors to increase the depth of the front facade.
